If you notice something not right with a product you’ve purchased through me, please let me know ASAP and we can organise a repair, refund or where applicable a replacement. I’ll ask for photos and I might ask you to post it back to me.
Please note that natural stones/crystals/gemstones and beads made with them are natural and part of their beauty is variation, so lines and uneveness etc is to be expected. Also no two stones are alike so what you receive might be slightly different to what you saw online. Different monitors can change the colour of things too, so some colour variation is possible. Finally all items are handmade so variations and small imperfections are normal.

By purchasing from Apothecary Magicka and using this site you agree to and accept that:
- the products and advice on this site are not a substitute for medical advice, professional advice (e.g. getting a lawyer for legal issues), or taking action
- some products need particular care for safety reasons (e.g. candles, incense, products containing essential oils)
- that Apothecary Magicka is not liable for any damages or injury caused by misuse of our products – be safe and read the warning labels lol
- That should your order arrive in a visibly damaged box, you will notify the courier/delivery driver asap (before the have left) and contact Apothecary Magicka asap so we can start the process to organise a refund or replacement following the delivery company’s procedures, and that Apothecary Magicka (or the delivery company) is not liable for any parcels being stolen after delivery (e.g. an authority to leave)

terms and conditions - subscription boxes
In addition to the normal info on this page, things you need to know about subscription boxes are:
The Magick Box and Spell Box are a monthly or quarterly subscription. By purchasing a box you are signing up to purchase a new box every month or quarter, depending on which option you choose. You must be 18 years and older to sign up to receive a box. Only available within New Zealand.
If you pre-order the first subscription box going out on the 15th of December, you will be given a unique coupon with your $10 credit to order your box on the official launch. Obviously if the boxes don’t pan out you’d get the $10 back 🙂
WHEN WILL I GET MY BOX?
Boxes ship out on the 15th of the month by courier with tracking. You will get an email with a tracking number so you know where it is!
If you move and need to update your postal address please send me an email
Boxes ship out on the 15th of the month, payments are the 1st of the month. So if you sign up on the 10th of November, your box will be delivered on the 15th of December. This allows me to handcraft and order quality items for your box. Subscriptions auto-extend until you email me to cancel, so you can set and forget and get a new box of magic goodies every month!
Afterpay cannot be used for subscription boxes, sorry!
Choose which box you want, and how often you want it then order & pay for your first box through this site. If you’ve pre-ordered check your email for info on your first box.
The first box will be sent on the 15th of December! If you’ve chosen a monthly box, you’ll get an email on the 1st of January to pay for your next box – sent on the 15th of January. If you’ve picked a seasonal box, you’ll get an email to organise the next payment on the 1st of March and your next box will be sent on the 15th of March
If you order your first box after Dec 1st your box will be sent either January 15th (for monthly) or March 15th (for seasonally). This is to make sure every box is amazing, with high quality and handmade items.
If you want to pay automatically instead of being reminded each box, you can set this up when you get the email to organise your second box. Need to change your postal address? Just send me an email at email@example.com You won’t have to renew your subscription every year, it’ll keep going until you cancel it by emailing me. The minimum subscription period is 3 boxes. I don’t process your card payments or keep any of that information, it’s all done securely through Stripe and PayPal. But if you want to organise a bank deposit instead , or if you live locally to Foxton and want to collect your box instead of having it couriered, send me an email and we can sort something out.
Minimum subscription period is 3 boxes, so 3 months for a monthly box and 9 months for a quarterly box. Cancellations prior to this will incur a $10 cancellation fee. The subscription auto-renews so if you want to cancel please email me and allow up to 4 business days to process the cancellation. So please do this before the payment is processed to make sure we catch it in time 🙂
The subscription period is open ended, minimum 3 boxes (3 months monthly, 9 months seasonal). Because of things like inflation and events affecting the price of things, the price of the boxes will eventually have to increase at some point. I’ll give you ample notice if this is the case, check if you still want it at the new price, and won’t increase it more than every 12 months.
To make sure nothing slips through the cracks like address changes please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all changes to your subscription box. Thanks!
