There are quite a few different types of agates, in heaaps of beautiful colours. You can also get dyed agates too! A lot of the properties of an agate will depend what type it is – so what minerals/inclusions it has and it’s colour. There are 2 schools of thought on whether dyed agate has the same properties as natural agate or not – I think each to their own, but I try and only have natural agate available as I’m a sucker for natural beauty!
