Black salt bath salt for a deep energetic cleanse and strong protective magick.

To use: Run your bath and ensure you’ll have ample time. As the water is running pour in the bath salts and as you notice their scent set the intension of allowing the salts, scent and water to cleanse and purify you – spiritually, energetically and physically. As you soak in the tub (or soak your hands or feet), visualise the water cleansing your whole body and the black salt and oils clearing away all negativity and all the energies you don’t want, then surrounding you with a layer of protection. When you feel you are relaxed and cleansed (or the water gets cold and you can’t be bothered adding more) drain the tub and get ready for the next part. You may need to wipe down the side of the bath and rinse the bottom when you’re done as the activated charcoal shouldn’t stick to you but it might stick to the bath, so have a small cleaning cloth handy for when you get out of the bath.

Ingredients: pink Himalayan salt, magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt), sodium bicarbonate, activated charcoal, polysorbolate 80,  eucalyptus radiata and Mentha piperita oils

1 jar of bath soak, approx 120ml. Add 1/4 to 1/2 a jar to running bath water, swish to dissolve, and bathe in the swampy, healing goodness while setting your intention – to heal. You can also add 1/8 of a jar (or a tablespoon or so) to a foot tub or hand basin and complete a ritual bath with just your hands or feet, visualising the healing energy from the water washing over the rest of your body.
