Set of 7 crystals to help you work with and balance your chakras.

The chakras mean spinning wheel of energy or energy centre in Sanskrit, each of the chakras is associated with specific colours, emotions, organs, and issues. The lower 3 chakras are considered masculine and call us to action And ground us in the physical world, the higher 2 charkas are feminine and are associated with self reflection and spirituality, the heart is balanced with both masculine and feminine energy. Balancing the chakras can have a profound affect, it’s important to balance them not only individually but also in relation to each other.

Crystal and chakra associations can change depending on who you ask, but a good rule of thumb is they are loosely based on the colour of the crystal and colour of the chakra. Some crystals are associated with more than one chakra, for instance amethyst is associated with the crown and third eye chakras.

My chakra information is based off my Reiki training, you will probably find variations in other sources such as the third eye chakra referred to as the brow chakra.

There are 7 major chakras, however there are more than just the major chakras! Three other chakras often mentioned are the higher crown, higher heart, and earth (below feet) chakras.

Your aura, chakras and meridians are all connected energy fields of your body.

There are many other ways to balance your chakras, such as addressing how the imbalance is manifesting (physically singing for the throat chakra is one example). Utilising crystals by sitting with them, holding them to your chakra, and carrying them with you is one way to balance your chakras. Please take the imbalanced expression with a grain of salt and use what feels right for you, for instance someone with a speech impediment does not always have an imbalanced throat chakra <3

Known for: protection, grounding, anti-stress, absorbs negativity, very spiritually protective, scrying, enhancing healing, protects from electro-magnetic energy, healing, calming, a practical rational stone. Super protective!

Aragonite Sputnik

For your sacral chakra

Chakra: Base & earth

An earth healer, aragonite is attuned to mother nature and heals her. Known as a grounding stone, it’s great for stress, healing the past, patience and acceptance, oversensitivity, anxiety, helping workaholics ease off a bit, concentration, reliability, anger, emotional stress, helps you feel comfy within your body and assists with nervous tension and twitching. It warms the body and helps with chills.

For your solar plexus chakra

Chakra: crown, solar plexus, sacral

Known for: cleansing and purification (self cleansing stone that also cleanses others!), regenerating, uplifting energy, creativity, ‘the merchant stone’, wealth, joy, cleansing the chakras, abundance, concentration, overcoming depression, motivation, self expression, preventing nightmares, protection, psychism. While I’m 99% sure this is heat treated, it’s still perfect for your balancing spell and still super pretty.

Green Fluorite Crystal

For your heart chakra

Chakra: heart, sometimes throat

Known for: Fluorite is a very protective stone, especially from psychic attack. It has a stabilising effect on energy too and brings a sense of order! As a healing stone it draws off stress and negative energies, purifies and helps create balance and order within. Also known for assisting with intuition, focus, helping with learning new things and processing information,  and helps balance the body and mind. As well as fluorite’s normal properties, green fluorite is great for grounding and helping clear up energy from emotional trauma and emotional issues. It also absorbs icky unwanted negative energy in your environment and helps you tap into your subconscious. A stone for your heart chakra and emotions.

Known for: So many things! This stone is an ‘amplifier’ so it amplifies energies, and is a master healer. Protection, healing, psychism/spiritual powers, general power, spirit & intellect, scrying, raising the vibration.
