Solid, protective and grounding lava stone bracelet, perfect for putting a drop of essential oil on to gently diffuse throughout the day. 8mm thick beads on stretchy elastic 🙂 About a medium size, so should fit average sized female wrist. I didn’t hand make these, I feel like I need to tell you that lol but I will still bless them and infuse them with grounding earth energy and Reiki while I pack them, like I do with everything 🙂 The second photo shows my 6mm bracelets for size reference, and some lovely pen art my daughter drew on me lol

Known for: a super protective grounding stone. Lava stone is formed from a volcano (funnily enough) and as such can represent the four elements – earth (rock) and fire (heat) becoming liquid (water) and shooting into the air (air). A very very grounding stone I love lava stone for stress and bringing me back to the present moment. It’s highly protective properties also make it perfect for dealing with stress and anxiety, as you are grounded back into the present moment you can know that you are well protected. Lava stone being pourous also makes it perfect for absorbing essential oils and scent, and slowly diffusing them especially with the gentle heat of the skin so is one of my go-to stones for calming bracelets.
